open studio tomorrow

me and soju and natsumi have set up the our studio space for open studio today.
we got open studio tomorrow.

今日はそうじゅくんとザマちゃんでオープニングスタジオの準備をしました。
オープニングスタジオとは、普段作業している作業場、スタジオを一般公開して、作品とかいろんな人にみてもらおう〜という心意気のイベントです。

私たちがスタジオを借りてるHATCH SPACEという所がオープニングスタジオと、フィルムナイトをするそうなので、この機会に私たちのスタジオも明日の為にスタンバイしました。






















it's a only small place our studio, but please come if you have a time! we do small zine and hand made stuff sale too!

ほんとに小さなスタジオですが、お時間のある方はぜひ来てください。
小さいながらもzineセールや、ハンドメイドのものも売ったりしますー

実家の近所のガソリンスタンドに、
京都から嫁いで来たおっとり美人でマイペースなお姉さんがいるんですが、
絵の展示などにきてくれたりしているうちに仲良くなっていって、
漫画家ということが発覚し、キレイな少女漫画だろうと思ってたら、
超シュールなギャグ漫画だった！笑

My friend Mayumi Yoshizawa , who lives near my house in Japan, as we getting know each other, I found out she is a manga artist. I thought she draw cute girls with love story, but she draw comedy cartoon! Her cartoon is makes me laugh actually, especially " ROYAL TAPIOCA" is my favorite!!
I see her when I take my dog for walk.




吉澤まゆみ　というペンネームで活動してらっしゃって、
さいきんホームページでブログを始められたそうです。
ちえちひろのこともかいてくださいました！
ブログにリンクものっけてくださいました！

今年からまた漫画を描かれるそうです。
たのしみ〜

ちなみに、ロイヤルタピオカ　っていう漫画が、私のお気に入りです。

まゆみさんは、まじめなおねえさんだと思っていたら知ればしるたびになんか色々でてくるお姉さんです。犬の散歩の時に会います笑

my ceramic works are sold at Nobrow shop in East London.
I am big fun of Nobrow press, so I'm very happy to my ceramic works to be here.


My Magic whale wood cut prints are sold in here too.


they have very beautiful shop with full of nice prints, limited books, postcards,,zines,,
awww, its so fun to visit,
you must go!!


わたしの焼き者ちゃんたちが、イーストロンドンにあるNOBROW SHOPで販売されています。
個人的にNOBROWプレス（Nobrowからでてるいろんな本や雑誌の出版物）のファンだったから、このお店で売ってもらえるなんですごい嬉しいです。

わたしの木版画のマジッククジラちゃんも売ってあります。

お店はとっても素敵で、色んな版画や、zineやイラストの雑誌や、素敵な本などが沢山並んでて、もうお店に行くだけで楽しいです。
ロンドンに来た際は行くっきゃないね！！！

These are works from the ceramic course which I am taking every week in Greenwich. It is a very good course, very nice teacher, she helps me to do what I want to do, gives good suggestions, and I am having a fun!

最初は茶色で描いてみたけど、なんだか合わなかったのでもっかい描き直した。
brown lines didn't work,,so I re-drew.

色付き焼き物素焼き前／coloured ceramic before biscuit fire

I paint only for background today, it was too dry to paint with colour slip, so I'm gonna paint with colour graze after it come out from biscuit fire.

これは乾きすぎてて、色のついた泥漿（でいしょう）で塗るとヒビが入るっていうんで、まず素焼きにしてそれから、絵付け用の絵の具（色付き釉薬）で色つけることにしました。

The colour will change after the fire. so I painted with colour test I have done last week.

色付き泥漿は焼く前と焼く後では少し色が違うので、先週作った色のテストピースをみながら、こんな風に焼いた後の色を見ながら色を塗ったよ！

hopefully it will come out well from biscuit fire!

いい感じに素焼き、焼けるといいな！
